The Midland Offroad Club (MOC) was formed in July 1986 to promote offroad 4 X 4 motor sport. The Club is involved with charity work, sits on the RACMSA cross country committee and has been part of the organisational team for the "Offroad and 4 wheel drive" National Offroad Show, since its inception.
The Club is a leading light in 4 X 4 offroad motoring activities and being an RACMSA affiliated club, the club runs competitive cross country vehicle trials. Challenge Events and Competition Safari Racing.

The Viking Four Wheel Drive Club are an off road club based in Leicestershire catering for 4x4 enthusiasts.
The club runs a monthly trial at different venus around the Midlands under an MSA Permit.
Each trial is split into three groups, Showroom/Tyro for standard vehicles, RTV for more modified vehicles and RTV+/CCV for the most extreme. The club has an active Green Lane section who make regular trips around main land Britian, exploring the lanes within the GLASS guidlines, of which the club is a member.
Members also compete in off road winch challenges and have been very successful particulary in the LRS and Northern Championships.
The club pro-active supports the charity  Macmillan Cancer Support, helping raise money for this worthwhile cause.
